Orders and production

Is everything really made to order?
Yes. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. When you order, your piece is printed and sewn for you, then shipped. That is why there is a production window before anything moves — and why nothing we make ends up in landfill as dead stock.

How long does production take?
Typically 2–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Larger orders and busy seasons can run to the longer end of that range.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email wonderuswears@gmail.com as fast as you can. Before production begins we can usually change a size or cancel. Once your piece is in production it cannot be stopped, because it is being made specifically for you.

Shipping

When will it arrive?
Inside the United States, expect 5–15 business days total from the day you order — that is production plus transit. You get tracking by email the moment it leaves production.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no shipping charges added at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. WonderUs Wears currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

My tracking has not moved.
Tracking often sits idle for a day or two after it is created while the parcel moves through the first carrier scan. If it has not updated after five business days, email us and we will chase it.

Returns and exchanges

What is the return window?
14 days from delivery. This applies to all clothing, including matching sets. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email wonderuswears@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, plus instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

What if it arrived damaged or wrong?
Tell us immediately with a photo. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are our problem to fix, not yours — we will replace or refund.

When do I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect the return we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks typically take a few extra business days to post it.

Sizing and fit

How do I pick my size?
Leggings and sports bras use separate charts, and every product page carries the exact measurements for that piece in inches and centimetres. Our Size Guide walks you through measuring yourself and choosing between sizes.

How does sizing work on a matching set?
You choose the leggings size and the sports bra size independently on the same page. Being different sizes top and bottom is normal and fully supported.

What if I order the wrong size?
It falls under the standard 14-day return window, as long as the piece is unworn with tags. This is why we would rather you email us before ordering if you are unsure.

Fabric and care

What is it made of?
82% polyester, 18% spandex, with four-way stretch that gives across and along the grain.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle. No fabric softener, no bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat and tumble drying — heat is what breaks down stretch fibres and makes activewear go baggy.

Will the print fade or crack?
The designs are printed into the fabric rather than pressed on top, so they will not crack or peel. Washing cold and drying flat keeps the colour saturated.
