Refund policy

WonderUs Wears LLC offers a 14-day return policy on all clothing, including matching sets and discounted items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at wonderuswears@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions. Returns are sent to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, the fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
