Shipping Policy

At WonderUs Wears, each item is made to order. This means your product is created after your order is placed, rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

Order Processing and Production

Most orders require time for production before they are shipped. Production time may vary depending on the item, print provider, order volume, product availability, and season.

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–15 business days total from the date of order
International orders: 12–37 business days total from the date of order

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and available shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WonderUs Wears is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production or shipped, we will do our best to help update it.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the print provider or fulfillment location. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the situation. In some cases, the shipping carrier may need to be contacted directly for delivery issues.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
